Title: Good smart repair in Manchester

Hi all,

I stupidly backed into a small overhanging fence and cause a ding (like a door ding) on the back of my boot and 2 scratches in the clearcoat of about 8mm each just above the VW badge.

I went along to a body shop and he quoted £200, I think he wanted to do a full respray, as he was going to refit the badges.  This sounds a bit of overkill to me, anyone know of a good smart repairer in Manchester who could do a dent removal, then a patch fix on carbon grey metallic.

I know an excellent place in bolton not to far for you.Think they only do the dent removal though.They are based on Manchester Road Bolton at the BOC car showroom.They have a unit at the side and Saturday mornings you can just turn up and they do jobs for joe public.I've used them a couple of times they are good.If you still need it painting they can recommend someone after they have got the dent out.
