Title: Tyre Pressures
Post by: HK Phooey on 14 June 2014, 12:55
It's been a busy few weeks since I collected the Golf - I've checked the oil in that time, but only got around to checking the tyre pressures today.

I wish I'd checked earlier, the dealer had them at 4.5 bar! I'm intrigued to see how the car feels now that they're set at the correct pressure.

Vw must blow there tyres up to the extreme because I've not known any other manufacturer inflate to that extreme for storage and transportation

Indeed, it was quite a surprise when the end of the pressure gauge hit the wheel arch liner!
