I'm doing well this year so far! only 3 people I know have been killed on bikes!... last year it was 5, and 2 near fatals... lost count over the years, just how many others have gone
I hate bikes!

Sad fact of life Thom, and the reason i hung up my leathers. I was due another big off.

I live in prime biking territory but they all race. Loads of my mates including both Martin brothers simply refuse to ride on the road.

Everyone going the same way at 150mph plus with a meat wagon sat at the side of the track is a much much safer option. They have all had big off's but get the wins at clubman and superstock national levels. The last big off for the clique around here involved a lad breaking his collar bone after a 140mph off in Spain, he was back working on the wagons after 1 week and racing after 6. People die on the road at sub 20mph - I have always fancied it but the risk simply isn't worth it at all.
