Title: AC recirc mechanism

My AC is cold as a witches teat but I am not sure how the recirc works or if its working.
Seeing as this is the first Mk3 I've had with working AC I wanted to check if the recirc was working as I cant hear of feel any difference when I push the button.
Before I start pulling things apart I thought I would ask on here to see if its a pita and worth looking into.
Dont want spend any money on the old shed, just want to drive around at maximum coldness looking smug at all the fat and sweaty chavs in sarf london :grin:

you should be hearing a sound check and see if the vacuum hose is connected to the solinoid at the top near the expansion tank.
