This morning I was just moaning to my dad about my coilovers not having arrived yet when theres a knock on the door, he says here they are, special delivery . . .
And they were
Now have a nice shiny set of FK Konigsports to go on the car. Was just wondering, the guy I bought them off sent a spare set of springs, what difference would these other springs make, and is there any way to tell the difference? Also when fitting them will I need to replace anything else? The fronts came with what look like brand new top mounts.
Cheers,
Tim

Are the spare set of springs different lenghts? Apart from that you should not need to replace anything else.

The spare springs look about the same length as the springs on the back but longer than the ones on the fronts. What difference will this make to how the coilovers work>?

Suppose it depends upon the ride hight you choose. If you put the longer springs in the ride will be a little more comfortable than the smaller ones when choosing a normal ride height. But if your planning on going low then you may be suited better to using the smaller springs.
