Hi,
I have searched the forum without success to find advice on how to remove the soot on my tail pipes . I have tried various washing solutions and polishes without success. Thanks

Try autosol mate. Does the job for me. It's the only metal polish I have used myself and there's plenty others I'm sure other people can recommend :smiley:

+1 for Autosol. Great stuff.
Then if you wax them the soot will have nothing to stick to.

I wipe mine everytime I park it up at home for the the night :laugh: :shocked: :rolleyes:

Blue b gone
Then Poorboys wheel sealant = job done

Mothers Mag and Aluminium Polish. Threw my Autosol and steel wool in the bin after trying this. :smiley:

Britemax metal twins + wire 00 wire wool does the job also

Autosol or peck as said above apply wax to stop it sticking again.
