Title: Which part do I buy ?

I need a N75 Valve for my 2001 Golf GTI Turbo, the part numbers that are available are 058906283F or the newer 06A906283E part.  I know the F was the original but do I get the newer replaced part or the original what is the differance ?

Buy an n75 j valve from psi tuning them seem to hold a little more boost 2 psi the one i stuck on a mk1 20v
