I quit smoking a few years ago with a combination of vaping and those nicorette inhalator things. I think the e-cigs and fluid were Intellicig.

i switched to a vape in october, couldn't tell you how much i smoked before i was on rollups and seemed to always have one hanging out my gob. i switch flavours every few days but tend to stick to cherry flavours or something minty menthol. There are a few local shops who mix their own juices in small quantities so i find the consistency can be a bit off (although the flavours can be interesting!), whereas the hangsen juices are mass produced so you know what you're getting when you top up the tank. I have a box next to me with about 18 different flavours in at the moment

i also stick to either 1.8 or 2.0 ohm coils and run around 3.8 - 4.2 volts. any lower res / higher voltage and i can go through 5ml a day which can get expensive!

looks like you know what your on about. i stick with 1.8 coils (more vapour) but i have a standard battery not a vari one. i buy my stuff from grey haze now (2 sec walk from work place) i used to have problems with the clearmizers leaking into my mouth all the time but since i got a bottom fed coil (aspire) since then (6+ months) its leaked 1ce as a lad wanted a puff and sucked it too hard and got the juice into the tube lolsss.
i used to buy my juice from innovapours (unicorn blood OMG what a flavour but it messed up the coils in a day) but i now shop at grey haze. anyway seems like you steep your juice for more flavour
has anyone heard of the cloud chaser? youtube that  badman styleeee lol

i'm a nerd so i did a whole lot of research after i tried the cheapo ones (just to see if i could get on with them.) Highly recommend the itaste vv battery, easy to use and plenty of adjustment and less than £30 on ebay.

I would not use E cigs if you can help it, they are unregulated and not proven safe to use.
You are at the mercy of the manufacturer until they are covered by the FDA/EU safety organisations.
Best to go cold Turkey until they have an FDA/EU stamp on them.
I am have been working on the next gen of tobbacco and smoke free devices, so know a little about the subject.....

Never smoked, never will, however I am awe of the guy who came up with these things.

My observations so far has been that people aren't kicking the habit really, they are subbing real cigs for these less toxic, electric ones, which is great for their health, but no less addictive. Soooo the guy who invented these has invented a non-deadly way to get people hooked on something which they have to buy repeatedly. Brilliant!

(I say non toxic, we don't know that yet, but I'm sure they aren't as bad as real cancer sticks)

I know people who havnt smoked, but then too up e-cigs because they seem cooler now. So no doubt they are now addicted to them. *facepalm*

Whatever methods you use, e-cigs etc, stick with it.  My partner was diagnosed with tonsil cancer this week, caused by smoking. He packed up over 10 years ago but damage already done

Sorry to hear this booth, ive been smoke free since jan ,what made me give up was the discovery of a shadow on one of my lungs shown from a chest xray ,it turned out to be an infection but scared me enough to quit, 20 yrs of smoking has got to have done damage somewhere.

Thanks screech.  Yes it only takes one personal scare to nudge you into action.  His prompt to quit was having a heart attack at a football match, about 13 years ago - no more fags from that moment on.  But the effects are long lasting and he subsequently had another 2 heart attacks, all by the age of 50!  And now the throat cancer.  The prognosis is good though and he's a tenacious bugger lol.

What is an E-Cigarette?

An electronic cigarette (or e-cigarette), electronic vaping device, personal vaporizer (PV), or electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) is a battery-powered device which simulates tobacco smoking. It generally uses a heating element that vaporizes a liquid solution. Some solutions contain a mixture of nicotine and flavourings, while others release a flavoured vapor without nicotine. Many are designed to simulate smoking implements, such as cigarettes or cigars, in their use and/or appearance, while others are considerably different in appearance.

Lee i have been smoke free for over a year now. And i never tocuhed a cig since. Everytime someone is smoking it gives me a headache!!! I breath normaly now and dont run out of breath. After 2 weeks of e-cig i was coughing up BLACK MUCUS for 3 days eventually it was little drops in my mucus the  it cleared up (that was tar from my lungs) my pockets seemed heavier and i feel alot better, my clothes, my car & me dont STINK of cigs!!

also if you want a LEAK FREE clearmiser i would HEAVILY recommend the aspire clearmiser. Its bottom fed coils and do t leak like the others
