Title: Engine Management Light

Hi Guys.
My Engine Management Light came on yesterday whilst I was driving but there has been no message on the dash. I've done about 135 miles since it came on and it drives as normal. I've ordered myself a scanner which should be coming tomorrow hopefully. My question is does anyone have a rough idea what it could be. I'm thinking that it can't be anything major as the car would be running rough? Could it be to do with emissions at all? Any help would be great. Cheers.

It could be one of hundreds of things, until it is scanned there is no point in guessing.
