Passenger side door should be an easy fix, it sounds like you just need to reattach the cable to the handle. You do this by removing the door panel, then once you're in there there will be a cable with a hook on the end of it. You need to reattach that to the handle (a bit of plastic with a hole in it)
As for the airbag you will have to get someone to remove the fault code using vag com, and hope it stays off until after the mot, as that is an instant failure I believe.
No idea what you can do about the rest
Good luck, Mo

As already suggested for your passenger door most likely a disconnected cable,as for the airbag no light i would be tempted to remove your cluster and check to see if the l.e.d for the airbag warning light is not covered i recently replaced my cluster with an immo3 cluster and once coded in etc i noticed no airbag warning light i could tell the cluster had been apart at some point (speedo needle out of pos ) and as i was fitting my painted needles i pulled it apart and found a previous owner must have had an airbag light fault as the l.e.d warning light had been covered over  centre console is an easy replacement and you can find a few on e-bay,interior lights not working could be bulbs fuse etc or a faulty door lock module if you have use of vag-com it will flag up any fault codes you have
