Title: Throttle sticking??

Hi New to the forum , have seached through here but can't find the answer

My 1997 mk 3 2.0 16v gti track car is sticking at 4000 revs when its hot ( its a track car so its always hot) I've had the throttle bodies off and cleaned them and there is no stick on the cable or pedal so I'm presuming its a sensor, i think there is are 3 sensors, any one have any clue which is which and what one might be broken???

Check the ISV for correct operation, and check for major air leaks.
