I have an abf in my corrado with a longlife exhaust, its having a popping sound coming from exhaust every now and again. And when sitting inside the car I can feel that car vibration as if its misfiring.there are No idle issues though and runs great, just a slight misfire at idle. I Had put on diagnostic but no fault codes at all. Tried new spark plugs, ht leads, coil, lambda, oil, vac lines so dont know what is causing it. Anyone?

Yeah I replaced that about 2 weeks ago with the fuel pump relay

Mine has never idled smooth since I changed the airbox! So has been that way for 11 years!
But don't get a popping exhaust!

It's so minute you can hardly feel it or hear it, performs fine but it's just a niggly thing really.

Aslong as it dosen't sound like a 1,8 everything is just fine

KR is not a bad engine code to have, better than AGG

A damn :D Brilliant answer! One thing i hard to accept is the fact that the MK2 with a KR engine is faster then my ABF. And everyone (atleast here in Sweden) swapp their KR or even PL to a ABF. Thats why is so hard to get hold of ABF parts here. And a Mk2 with a ABF, well not many can keep up, not even with thew cars of today :)

Haha thanks guys, I'm taking it as a normal occurance.
