after having a bit of a clean under the bonnet I noticed a wet patch around all 4 fuel injectors .is this normal? or do I have to replace any thing like gaskets seals etc thanks
-
Injector seals as a guess but I would not use it until they are fixed.
-
is it dangerous

is it dangerous
If it is 100% fuel then yes it is dangerous as it is under high pressure.
-
ill get new seals tomoz then thx wayne
-
Iy will be the injector seats not the seals however the seals are known to fail also and dont cost alot to replace
-
If it is the injectors you should have a vucuum leak. Can you hear any hissing around the injectors.
-
Almost certainly the seats, I'd replace them as soon as you can but it should be fine to drive in the meantime. Chances are they've been leaking for ages already.
-
I have a set of brand new seats the upgraded version never used pm me if you want them £25 posted
-
remember 21mm hex to get the seats out or similar shaped object

What's upgraded about them?
-
I think hes on about the metal shiney ones :nerd:
-
They would be alot more than £25 if they were the metal ones. They are the white ones, better design, newer and do not leak.

I bought a set of these the other week:

I think Wazzzer recommends a fuel resistant gasket sealant. I don't know if you have to though, surely some loctite or similar would also work.
