Title: Aum turbo shock!!

Just looking at the plate on the side of my 2002 aum turbo and it says

06a 145 704 b
Ko3-035

I think it's just a ko3 not a ko3s?! I thought all the aum's had ko3s? Gutted!!

They did and it still could be im no good with the model numbers but if it is a ko3 chances are the car has had a turbo replacement

That is a K03. Looks like some pikey couldn't be bothered to find a K03s and chucked that on instead. Get a pic of your TIP and it will 100% confirm

k03s is k03-053 or 052 isnt it?

as said, looks like at some point the turbos needed replacing and has been replaced with a normal k03 than a k03s

what do you think? the turbo also says Austria Am2 on the side of the inlet pipe that goes to tip if you get me?

They've used the K03s TIP on a K03 lol...

You have the right actuator for the K03s on there though, just not the right turbo

We may be all completely wrong and it's got a K03s, only way to tell 100% is to take the TIP off and have a look at the number of blades it has

Turbo intercooler pipe you mean? To see the blades? Is that difficult?

Just a bit fiddely   But you prob can get under the car, pull the tip off slightly and use a mirror without disconnecting everything else
