Hi I drive a 2009 golf mk6, it has the standard radio in it but I want to put in the double din that's in the new golfs and newer VW models, my car doesn't have Bluetooth/hands free or have options on the steering wheel, but this double has those options...now I know it's a lot of money to get Bluetooth fitted etc is there any point me buying the double din if I don't have Bluetooth seeing as the double din had that option??
Many many thanks
Bruce

The only VW radio that has bluetooth is the RNS315, that you'll usually find in a Passat or Tiguan . The other touch screen radios (RCD510, RCD510 DAB and RNS510) use a separate module for bluetooth.
What model is you Golf (S, SE, GT)? What radio do you currently have? Have you got the media port in the armrest?
