been offered these 18's for £80 can some quickly let me know if these would fit mk4

Probably, unless they are not 5x 100 and just replica for another fitment

they are genuine but he said came off an 2001 a4 am I right in thinking they are 5x112 ? but he said they came with the car so unsure if the previous person put them on or these are the original ones for the car where would the part number be

If they came off an A4 then they won't fit.
