Is there as regular schedule for the VW sailings from Emden to Sheerness?
I would imagine it's about every couple of weeks.
-
It isn't particularly regular. It seems particular ships do the run, but it depends on where else they are sent. My car was at Emden for a week and in that time three or four boats did the trip before mine was put on a boat. There was a period of about 4 days where not a single boat did the journey, then one or two a day.
-
Even when there are boats every couple of days, your car has to have a slot on a boat to make the trip. I found myself waiting for two weeks from the 5a to the 6 notifications.
-
Yeah it appears to be a lottery! My last car sat for three weeks.

It doesn't help that Sheerness is tiny. Grimsby can take an unbelievable volume of cars so cars get here quicker, whereas sheerness has limited space.
-
So, if my supplying dealer is VW Telford, which port is it likely to go to, Grimsby?

If you ask your dealer they should be able to tell you. I got a look at the dealers screen and it had the port of arrival in the top left corner.
