Title: Bad start to the bank holiday!
Post by: Ginge 35Edition on 03 May 2014, 18:06
Cleaned Bevs car last night and it was looking lovely, went for a drive to see how the new house is coming on and this happens. Young driver side swiped us and went down the drivers side rear panel and door, the rear wheel is also scuffed. Her insurers Admiral have been awesome and have accepted full responsibility already and have already started the process with our preferred body shop to get the repairs done - well impressed!

No one was hurt either.

Gutted? No not really cos we've had nothing but trouble with.

The irony is that is was another golf that did it,

The silver lining is that we've just ordered a Pure White Beetle Sport with 19"s, black roof and spoiler, folding mirrors, xenons, light & sight package, RNS315 Nav and 90% privacy glass for the same monthly payment that the cab was costing. We get that for September 1st.

That's bad luck mate.

Still bet she's looking forward to the new beetle and you get a new toy to clean and polish

Thanks guys.

Tbh I had hoped they'd right it off due to the damage to the sill as we have GAP but I think that's wishful thinking.
