Catch cans also available on the Bay, but rarely have 19mm connections, if you want a 19mm one try Awesome GTI, not cheap but good for bling 42DD catch can,

Blanking plate try Forge or CN tuning.
Not a lot wrong with standard airbox and panel filter, cone filter if you want noise.
