Ok, the order books have been open for just over 12 months at time of writing, and my GTI has been with me around six months to the day - and has yet to hit 2000 miles!!! Take into it the fact that included two mini breaks to Cornwall and we don't have a lot of use really do we?!!!
So, I'll guess it will be mostly (company funded) GTD's that have racked up the most miles in general, but I'd be keen to know whose mk7 GTI/D has amassed the most miles to date, and to keep it fair lets draw the mileage line at the end of April 2014. Therefore anyone with a Golf on order - you can start your own thread in a few months!!!!

I can't tell you exactly, but I've done around about 9,000 miles since mid September (GTI). Hmmm, that's quite a lot
-
My dad has done about 17k miles since July in his GTD. He's slowed right down with the mileage since he got his works van.
-
6.5k from the end of Oct (GTD)
-
8,500 since November
-
around 7,400 miles since December 6th.
-
Some decent mileages here! Some of you are getting good use and enjoyment out of your cars!
-
Approx 10,500 for me. Picked up Nov 2013.
-
Had the car for 9 months and I think I'm just shy of 6k miles.
-
1300 miles in 3 weeks. That's about right, planned for 1500/month (company car GTD).
-
3500 in 5 weeks, but generally do 40k a year so about right
-
Forgot to say I have a GTD DSG
-
12,000 since end June GTI PP
-
I'm on 12,400 or there abouts and had it since September.
It loves the miles haha!
-
5500 Miles since November.
Did a 380 mile return trip to Manchester just recently and as miles have passed grown to love the car more and more.
As a long distant cruiser it must be right up there with best.
Set to ADC and in comfort and it just ate the miles up so comfortably returning 53mpg for the whole journey which was a mix of lanes, A roads, Inner Manchester but predominately Motorway. Still have a I/3 of a tank left!
The beauty is that when hit the lanes on the rat run to the Motorway you can switch from that perfect Motorway cruiser to sport mode
The miles have really loosened the car up with the DSG in particular being noticeably smoother and seamless.
Nothing else to report really other than now 5 months in and feeling really in tune with the GTD I could not be happier with the perfect performance/quality/comfort/economy balance it gives.

21k since beginning of October, just had 1st service and mpg has vastly improved in the last 10k. Great all round car.
-
GTI PP, 2,870 miles since Jan 9th

Is that all.... boohoo :lipsrsealed: you need to enjoy it more......
-
16000 miles of fun since 20th Nov. GTi PP.
-

-
Done 2600mls since 20th Dec in my Gti Performance Manual......
-
11k since November, each and everyone with a smile !
-
I've done 4,000 miles in my GTD since the 1st November 2013
-
8000 miles since January 24th in my GTD!
-
Bloody hell! With the amount of miles you GTD boys are doing it's going to be a great harvesting year. Keep up the good work
-
7,500 miles since 1st November 2013. Long Term MPG is 46.6 - not bad when you factor 6,000 miles was with Winter tyres which bring mpg down - although to keep the mpg up using radar cruise is imperative!
-
1200 miles since November 2013. (perhaps I should start a thread on who has done the least miles)
-
I did 9k in my first one (Sept '13 - Mar '14) and i've done around 3k in the new one since Mar '14.

I've just done over 2k miles in my GTI since 1st March. Loosening up very nicely too, loving every mile!
-
A stingy 2500k since October. Saving them for the summer. GTI PP
