I have 2.0 GTI ABF Engine and lately on throttle release when still in gear from 2000rpm it judders jolts and feels like a misfire I have checked leads spark plugs every thing looks ok and was only changed about 6 months ago. I was wondering if any 1 could help as it's doing my head in at the moment and the new 40 mile commute to work can't be doing the engine any favours.
Thanks in advance.

When you release the throttle in gear, it stops injecting fuel into the engine so it won't be an ignition problem. It might be something as simple as your front engine mount needing attention.

I did think it was on it way out but it's so bad didn't think could be that. I read something about maybe replacing spark plugs or even ECU relay.

Front and especially gearbox mount load up when you come of the gas (and effectively engine brake), they shake and rattle quite a bit if you drop down a gear before a corner for instance if they have seen better days.
Is it over fuelling or popping on over run? are you having trouble starting? any ignition issues?

No issues with starting running and revving up just on lift off below 2000rpm I will check that front mount tomorrow thank you.
