Title: how do i rebolt rear seat back rest

hi my rear back rest is loose is there any way of retightening the bolt that it pivots on

Its not held with a bolt its held with a clip on both ends. Just push the seat down in full.

do I need to get the bolt out of here (http://i1282.photobucket.com/albums/a534/veklor/388c07c1-75bb-4eb9-83a1-e479ceddfc8e_zpsa6905388.jpg) (http://s1282.photobucket.com/user/veklor/media/388c07c1-75bb-4eb9-83a1-e479ceddfc8e_zpsa6905388.jpg.html) and put back in back rest

Don't they have a hex head on the bolt itself?

so I need to get the bolt out and the back of the fabric off to fix
