Title: Speedo Sensor Location

Hi, I recently changed the clutch on my 2.0l mk4 golf GTi and ever since the speedometer hasn't worked. I presume i've missed plugging a sensor back in somewhere but does anyone know exactly where it is?

The vehicle speed sensor is located at the back of the diff housing towards the front bulkhead (black topped unit with a plug going into it  usually the wiring loom is wrapped in a heat resistant jacket) simply plugs in and the sensor can be removed but be careful as its mostly plastic
