Need to service my car soon mk4 golf 1.8turbo what's would be the best spark plugs and oil for it any recommendation

Ngk spark plugs and Quantum oil.

As said ngk  plugs (I sell ngk iridium for £28 a set although some fit standard copper plugs which are a bit cheaper). 5w40 synthetic oil is recommended by vw. I sell a full service kit with ngk plugs and quantum oil for £75 delivered (less if going for copper plugs and you can also go for a genuine vw oil filter for £4 more)
