Iv got a wierd knocking noise coming from the front both sides but.iys not costant here n feel it more when goin slow, it sounds like when u have a big sheet of plastic and u wobble it, you can feel vibrating in the floor pan and pedals, the car has been lowered on coilivers, had a quick look under the car and cant see anything hangin off or loose, and it not wheel bearing noise.
Any thoughts

This is the noise, is it the top mounts

Have you checked the ARB bushes? I'd start there as they are fairly cheap and easy to replace
Could also be engine mounts or top mounts
-
Iv got some top mounts that iv never used had them from my old golf fogot about them when putting coilovers on, im goin to drive it onto some ramps when i get chance and have a look wasnt sure it the anti roll bar was hitting on the body or not.

I imagine it will be top mounts or arb bushes too
-
Ok, seems to do it most of the time now once that car has warmed up and been driven for abit.
