Does anyone have any advice on dying them black?

I'd look at re-trimming them instead of dying them tbh

I retrimmed mine, put the new material straight over the top of the old stuff

Sprayed all mine with matt black paint if i remember rightly about 6/8 cans

It was off ebay, grey/red tin. High temperature stuff so it doesn't peel off in the summer lol

Sprayed all mine with matt black paint if i remember rightly about 6/8 cans
The same :smiley: Gives an even finish, whereas dye can be blotchy.

I will definitely use fabric dye and a pump spray bottle! I'll post pictures when I'm done

Who would leave it all in the car and then spray it?! :laugh: It would stink then!! I removed everything, sprayed it all and left it a day in the sunshine aerating. Once fitted, you could hardly smell the spray paint :smiley:

Looks good that! :afro: I don't know why, but it makes all the difference having a black headliner. I'm lucky, as my Rocco came with it :cool:

Done mine with black shoe polish got it from home bargains its called something cherry cant rember  done it with a roller and brush cost me about £10 .. all I removed was sunvizors and grab handles,  looks aryt its little bit harder to the touch than when standered but when do your really touch your  headliner

i stroke alot of things lols. In my mk3 i got velvet SOOOOO sexy to touch lols. But its started to sag

Well I will use fabric dye for the fabric but the rest is all acrylic and won't that just look tacky painted?
