Just trying to check the status of my order and I keep getting a 'service unavailable' error. Is this the same for everyone else?

I've noticed on more than one occasion that it goes down every once in a while. :cry:

Customers can now sign up to SMS and email alerts

Extra functionality has been added to the delivery tracker on the Volkswagen.co.uk website.
With the delivery tracker , customers can track their vehicles from order through production to delivery.
We have now added the option of alerts sent via email and/or SMS, notifying customers when their vehicle moves onto the next stage.

To see the new alerts feature on the Volkswagen.co.uk delivery tracker, click here .
Approximately ten per cent of customers use the tracker, so make sure you tell all of them about it and encourage them to sign up for alerts.
Reminder – keep customers informed
Note that the delivery tracker does not replace what a salesperson should be doing in terms of communicating with the customer about the progress of a vehicle. It is a tool to help the process.
