Title: Swap 1.8t drive shafts for tdi??

Will the tdi drive shafts fit the 1.8t? I have a 99 1.8t agu. As I assume the tdi ones should be stronger?

The TDI shafts are certainly thicker, 6 speed ones definitely won't fit. I'd guess the 5 speed ones will fit but I couldn't tell you for certain.
