Post by: popsocks on 21 March 2014, 20:48
Hia has anyone got any quick and easy options to my ongoin nightmare bought an aftermarket exhaust manifold from ebay fit the thing but have found it knocks and vibrates on steering rack on acceleration when engine tips was advised on vibra technics but a full set is too much money.so was thinkin of just changing front, will the front mount  take most of the tiping force .or is there something I could use as a riser to lift engine to give clearance.?? Any advise would be appreciated.

The vibratechnics ones are good, but the readily available solid front engine mount eliminates the knocking.

Problem being if you are running poly bushes on the front crossmember it will vibrate your teeth out!  If you are running the std rubber version, you should be ok.
