Title: 2.0 8v temprature

Afternoon,

My 8v GTI seems to take an age to warm up and it generally sits at around 50-55 on the gauge, is this normal or has something gone wrong? Where is the themostat on this car anyway?

Mine takes about 5 minutes tops and sits at 90 .

Mine warms up in about 5 mins at the mo, between 88 and 92... Sounds like the thermostat might be stuck open?
