Title: Mk3 GTi 16v air box mod

Hi
I started the air box mod today and wondered what to do with the valve and hot air pipe that comes from the rear of the engine? I followed these 2 guides but there is no mention of the item.

Also anybody recommend a good place to get the metal bell mouth trumpet that is on the second link?

Just rip/cut/break everything out the bottom of the airboxand seal the holes.
Junk the warm air pipe!

There is a plastic trumpet inside! :wink:
