Title: Fitting original side skirts.
Post by: Shizzle on 19 March 2014, 10:25
As title i have nothing on there at the moment and want  to refit side skirts i have everything i need apart from a lot of time. Is the a certain way to fit the runner part onto the body work i  was thinking rivets as i don't have time for any sort of glue to dry and want them to be on there for good.

The main thing i need to know is the height these should be fitted so that the top part with end pieces sits under door without being to high or low.

Is there any guide on this anywhere any help appreciated.

Think the end pieces (rear) have screw on points so that will give you the height and positions.

They runner part fits with double sided tape and it lines up with a moulding line on the sill they then screw underneath.

Easy enough to refit them.
