Title: Subframe ding!?!?
Post by: Clifford125 on 17 March 2014, 18:50
lowerd 1.4 mk4 not very low at all that's why i am annoyed

Basically I went over a brick in a road that was faceing upwards and it has put a dent in my subrame where the lower control arm meets the subframe at the front near side.

I have a slight pull to the near side I know I could change my thrust line and brush the problem under the rug but thats not me.

I am an experienced guy and know what I am doing but I need to know.

ARE ALL MK4 SUBFRAMES THE SAME SHAPE OR DO I NEED TO GET A SUBFRAME FOR A 1.4 SPECIFICALLY.

Many thanks

Jack
