What is the recommended psi for mk7 gtd/Gti with the standard 18inc wheels for back and front?

Mine has a sticker on the petrol flap telling you exactly that.

On the GTi -it's 36psi front and rear unless fully loaded.

On mine, I've changed that to 37F and 35R, as in essence the fronts felt a bit soft with the majority of the weight over them and the rears felt over inflated .... :D
