Title: Golf 7 GRA Tempomaat programming how

Hello,

I have build in my car a tempomat/GRA cruise control MFL.

I have buy a steering wheel with GRA option Part No SW: 5G0 959 442 J and by kufatec a cable to connect the steering controller to engine controller, everthing conected with VW diagram.

And today a have go to the VW garage to recode, but the cant recode it because its gives a error the said to me.

I have try by myself with vcds and i get a engine fehler, but i managed to enable cruise control speed limit, i can do this with the MFL.

Incidentally what is tempomaat? I tried googling but apart from speed I'm not sure what it means.

Cruise control = "Tempomat"

Just a stab in the dark here but do cars in Holland have the radar system?

Perhaps you need to code differently for normal cruise instead of adaptive?

Some of them have radar system but this one not.

You can see i can activate but the give a error on the picture of MFA the give behind the timer clock this tekst ( ! )

I cant change the speed limit from the Engine controller from 210 km to NO limit the engine wont accept this.

Someone els have a same engine but have no speed limit byte 6 bit 4!

Olso he have a updated engine ECU H08 5542 my engine ECU have H08 4972!!

Can this be the problem!
