Title: Golf Cabby Arch Stickers ?
Post by: stevegant on 31 August 2005, 21:21: Does anyone know where I can get some of the arch stickers that fit onto the lower parts of the rear arch on the clipper kit to stop paint chipping. Guess that these are no longer available from VAG so does anyone make a copy ???? Thanks.

I went for a cheaper alternative and the vinyl has lasted well but I should think the VAG are properly moulded to the contours of the kit. If I could have afforded it I would have got them.

I've just finished respraying the car again and this time I've left them off for a cleaner look (a white cabrio). It's debateble how effective they actually are. As soon as I get the pictures back I'll post them in my gallery so you can see what it's like without them.
