Post by: Aidy06 on 02 March 2014, 12:34
Just had my renewal through from Chris Knott, price has increased slightly which I'm not happy about. Going to ring round a few companies tomorrow see if i can sort out a cheaper deal as renewal date is 17th March, who's the best insurance companies to give a call? Thanks

That depends on you I guess. As always insurance varies greatly so shop around :afro:

For me Greenlight offered me the best deal

Had quotes from all 3 forum sponsors and were rubbish and I told them so!

Been to other specialists like Brentacre and a couple more and found Adrian Flux by far the best!

Without being rude Len, a lot of it comes down to age. Greenlight have been excellent for me the last couple of years, when I first spoke to them I was surprised at how cheap the quote was.

The person I spoke to advised me that being mid-20's and having a good level of NCB and a modified car meant that I fit their customer profile perfectly.

I have always gone between Greenlight, HIC and Adrian Flux, cheapest wins for me, last year was sub £300 with everything declared so I am hoping it'll be nicely under this this year
