I think its a secuirty update, but wouldn't be suprised if it closes exploits to jailbreaking.

If you planning on jb'in or already have done so, I would probs stay away from the update until further notice.  :smiley:

Always do updates as soon as they come out, this is a biggie as it means there has been no real security on "secured" connections on iPhone, iPads and Mac's ...
