Hi all..am i right in thinking the 59 plate or older come with old rear lights
and 60 onwards the newer? :undecided:
if going for a older model how easy is it to replace the lights(to newer) and what prices you looking?

Your right in your thinking.
Most 10 plate cars have the older non LED lights. 60 plate has the rear LED lights.
Late 09 and 59 and 10 plate cars have the correct software for the lights.
Very first 09 cars need a control unit upgade.
Cost was about £400 not sure if its cheaper now for all 4 rear lights and adaptors.

Just a heads up my April 10 plate timing chain slipped lunching the engine at just 22k miles! If anyone is selling a car that had a new engine i'd jump at it as it will have all the updates.
