hi how much oil do i need for the golf is it 5 liters or 4 & a half and what is the best to use  thank you

pretty sure it just around 4.2LTR but imo opinion oil is like a woman get one that is best you can afford. or unless you like trackie wearing whores then buy asda smart price oil.

in all serious i use fuchs titan pro double ester 5-40 oil. had it in cars for years. never killed an engine yet last car i drove like i stole it, took it on track etc and survived no problem. (wasnt a golf ill add) get the best you can afford imo

Just buy quantum platinum from the dealers. 5 litres is around the 30quid mark and it is what vw intended.
