Title: DTUK/Shark performance FSR vs FSR+
Post by: Tornado8 on 19 February 2014, 20:15
I have just fitted a pipercross filter so a FSR box would be fine, for around 280 Bhp. What I was wondering is it worth the extra expense for a FSR+, and either exhaust downpipe/cat (around £650) or a full system(£1200+) for an extra 20-30 Bhp?

Also anyone just got the FSR Box how is it?             :undecided:

Never had the normal one, jumped straight to stg2. I know what your saying, but power always becomes disproportionate as you go up the scale. It's no different from a stg1 to stg2 map on a mk6 Gti, but you need to look past just the peak power increase and compare the dyno plots instead and look at how better the power is delivered imo

the main benefit of the FSR+ system is that its upgradeable into a Stage 2 tune,

The FSR system will only ever be a stage 1 tune, and remember that were currently offering £80 discount on the full RRP on both kits
