Got a flat on my car and.let it sit for a few days outside my new flat. Today I noticed the local youth gathered around and looking at it as it hadn't changed location all week. Looked like vultures around a carcass. I just watched out of interest from my flat window. Think I will be waking up one morning to find.the car minus parts...;).I went down to see what the fuss is about but they had all left before I got there...never thought a mk3 would be worth the attention of the local part suppliers..must be a real demand for some parts...at least in Windsor...so does anyone have a spare space on a drive or in a field for a few months so I can keep my golf away from prying fingers?

Wouldn't it be easier just to pump the tyre up every so often?

I work.away all from.home all week so didn't have chance to.correct it until today. it's half term all this upcoming week And I'll.be away for a.stretch of 10 days because of my rota. I will have to find a place for it tomorrow and somewhere safer than near my.flat. Just hard fact of life and a sign of bad times.....that's just reality...:)

I wouldn't worry to much about it. its just young lads being drawn to a car that aint that common anymore. its the way we all were at a certain age. do you not remember the mg maestro turbo you used to eye up when you were younger
