Title: Advice Please
Post by: xxpenxx on 12 February 2014, 15:12: Hey guys, I have not long owned my TDI 130. Mk4.

But I just wanted to know, what little things some people have done to there's that they have been really happy with? I am happy with the car as it is, but I have always enjoyed doing the odd little thing here an there.

Also wasn't sure about the benefit of getting it Re-Mapped?

Any replies will be much appreciated :-D x

Post by: scarr89 on 12 February 2014, 15:38: Remap will totally change the drive. So much more fun, increase of 40ish bhp and a fair bit of torque, but you need to make sure you car is running good first.

Best thing I did was lower it and put on front & rear anti roll bars...

Yea, lower strut braces.

Strut brace and anti-roll bar are different items :wink:

Whiteline rear anti-roll bar will help a lot for not a lot of money. Then a remap will make it go MUCH faster

Then you got the fun of upgrading everything else :grin:

Where is the best place for me too get hold of mud guards an wind deflectors?

Been in an A3 for the last 3.5 years :grin:

Ebay for mud flaps and wind deflectors :afro:
