Title: Crankcase breather
Post by: Tornado8 on 07 February 2014, 20:39
I'm new to this forum or any other comes to it. My previous car a Skoda vrs Mk1 , being a diesel benefitted from venting the crankcase breather to atmosphere via a small tank to prevent gunk building up. I was wondering if the same would apply to a petrol engine?

Hi and welcome.

Your technical question is way beyond me but hopefully someone else here can help you.

You could try asking this on the Briskoda forum under MK3 Octavia as there a quite a few tech savy members there.
