Title: 18" alloys to big?
Post by: DAMOjarra on 06 February 2014, 07:51
Do you think 18" alloys are to big for a gti?
I currently have 18" sh!ttas on me car at the mo, not lowered yet but guna get some coil overs.  I'm looking to buy some new ones but am not sure if I should go smaller or get 18s again  . . Just after some opinions

Can be fitted. But IMO they look wrong 17s look best IMO and I always find 18s a harsh ride.

17"s or 18"s are good choices on a mk4.

17's look too small on a MK4, 18's are the perfect size.

Yep lol below might help you make your choice, I have run 17's & 18's YES the 17's were a softer ride but as said above look to small, much prefer my 18's.
Red wheels are the 17's
