im looking for nice tyre model 205/55/16 v for my G IV 150.
Right now I have P-6000 in the front ones and Michelin ZX pilot sport (i think) in the rear ones.
they work very well, but i dont know who is responsible, the front or the rear ones?.
a lot of people reccomend Eagle F1, but i dont want to change tyres again in 30.000km!
P 6000
Dunlop sp 600
Goodyear NCT5
GY Eagle F1
Bridgestone r30
Michelin ¿?
any suggestions

Well happy with my P6000's

I've got Bridgestone Turanza 225/45/17s. Quite hard wearing and low road noise. I think they look nice too

All I ever had on my PD150 was P6000's, I always thought they were very good, so I stuck with them.
IIRC the fronts lasted approximately 20k miles of very hard driving, the rears 30k+
Eagle F1's are very good in the wet (the missus had them on her 3 series) as they excel at shifting standing water, but less so during greasy or dry conditions. Quite a high wear rate too.
It will take something pretty special to make me move from Pirelli, I have them on both my cars now (P zero's on both).

S11EPS your link at the bottom is f***ing brilliant PMSL

P6000's are over-priced ditchfinders, imo..... Absolutely diabolical in the wet.
Only tyres I would touch are F1's, Michelin Pilots or Bridgestone Potenza RE720's or Potenza SO-2 Poleposition's.

I had p7000 on my car, alrite cos they're hard wearing but when it comes to grip absolutely diabolical esp in the wet.
Get toyos ts-1, amazing grip esp in the wet, only downside not as hard wearing as the pirelli's.
