Title: DAMP ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY BOOT FLOOR / CARPET !!!

Hi there lads, I've noticed over the last month or two that the carpet on the boot floor is getting, not wet but like very damp to touch, but its only on the left hand side ???  :undecided: the covering to the side of it / arch is perfectly dry !!! Its really bugging me cos the boot floor is constantly damp in that area, and its where I'm going to be fitting my watermeth tank and wana get it sorted

Anyone got any ideas ???  :smiley:

Damp can get through the vent behind the rear bumper if it's not sealed properly. It's worth taking it off and sealing round the vents with silicone

I would have though it's more likely to be either the foam tail light seals leaking or a broken washer pipe.

This happened to mine turned out to be the washer pipe had a split in it just replaced it and all good
