Which site? Dubgeneration is probably the biggest local club covering Norfolk and Suffolk,  plus various facebook groups for the area. For a decat it may be worth finding a knackered cat and strip the insides out, or theres a few people that could make a replacement straight pipe.

May be worth seeing what the emissions were on the last mot as I highly doubt a vr would have a chance of passing an mot without a cat...

vr6oc was the site i can most proberly make 1 myself as i can tig weld but just cant be botherd lol
