Title: Fuse Box Set up! MK 2 gti? Relay!

Hello, New to the site so forgive me if I have gone down the wrong way for help.

My not so professional garage decided to replace a relay with a Ford one. I get a tat, tat, tat noise whenever I am driving it.

It is the top right relay of the fuse box that needs replacing. Could someone please let me know which VW Relay I will need to buy?

on my 1990 g plate its a 3 pin relay and the pins are numbered 49/49a and 31. mine doesn't have the vw marking on it so im assuming its been renewed at some point. but I think the big number on outside of it should be 21.
