Title: electric mirror issues

Since ive had the car the electric mirrors go up and down but not left and right.i can here the motor working but it cant be gripping the mirror properly.is it easy to take mirror off then put back on ...

Ok i e popped the mirror off with a flat wooden spoon.underneath a little white plastic piece has broken.culprate found  :whistle:
